Now it's possible to fly from Italy to Libya with Alitalia Air Lines, or from Tunisi by ferry. Moreover now to obtain the visa you have to show your booking made through a tour operator. The only aim of this site is getting people to know - from a general point of view - the main attractives of this country, while waiting for considerable changes that will make possible to everybody the access to Lybia. So we will take a photo ride all along a part of its wide area. The tour has really been made with four caravans during the summer season. We’ve had to chance to savour the tranquillity of the places, the kindness of the people, the silences of a desert still untouched by tourism. We’ll visit the most interesting archeological area of Lybia (Jamahiriya), Leptis Magna by using an interactive map and then we’ll go down the tunisian border first to Nalut and then, along a magnificent road, as far as the mythical city of Ghadames (Ghadamis) to move even southwards, in the Fjeay oasis, from which it is possible to book the offroads necessary to reach the heart of Sahara Ubari and the lakes Gabraoun and Mandara.
